Although check-in/out is not on-site, it is a very short walk and the staff was friendly and very helpful, including providing detailed and accurate instructions on where to park (included). The room was spacious and clean. Location was great for walking to eateries and to the Tour de Gatineau race start/finish. Also an easy drive to Carleton to visit our son.

The location was calm and quiet, just 180 m from the bust stop and 100 m from a convenience store. The facilities were adequate and very functional. The staff were friendly, helpful and everything was in place from my stay. If in Ottawa again, I will surely stay in the same place.

Very spacious. Quiet and well insulated from noise. Wooden floors, no carpets. The bed was comfortable. Freshly painted and extremely clean. Large fridge. Nice little windows to get fresh air in. Parking is easy to access and free. The location is very good. Buses close, Walked to parliament. Cute restaurant area 100 meters away.

It was very central but no elevator. Nice staff all the housekeepers provided fresh towels every day

The staff was friendly. The rooms are exactly as you can see in the pictures. Nothing fancy but really comfortable and clean. Free Parking with easy access
